Anyway, here is some stuff I've been eating this week!
This salad was amazing you guys. It is a full romaine heart, some slivered almonds, dried cranberries and some cut up Gardein Crispy Tenders. It is dressed with the Panera Asian Vinaigrette. I found it at the grocery store and it's one of my favorite dressings of all time. It's probably not the healthiest but it's vegan, really good and was perfect on this salad. This will be a staple meal for sure.
I got a quick lunch from the deli next door one day when I didn't have time to make it myself. This is simple rice with beans and broccoli. Really great. Now we just need them to stop using styrofoam. I feel like I should bring in a bowl and just keep it here and bring it over there.
I had my favorite treat meal as my lunch on Friday - this super fresh veggie roll for $6.49.
Pineapple Peach Kevita Kombucha.
I have been craving Date Coconut Rolls for a few weeks now and I randomly came across them when I wasn't even looking for them.
This is what they look like. The container came with 14 pieces and it was $3.99 which I think is a pretty good deal! I am keeping them at work because it is a really great, compact snack when I need a quick snack during the day.
So I am on the e-mail list for Sweet To Lick, the only vegan bakery on Long Island (which happens to be very close to me!), and I got an e-mail with a VERY exciting announcement yesterday!! Apparently they are opening up an all vegan market a few doors down from the bakery! This is huge! I'm so excited and I can't wait to support it. There is no opening date but I'll definitely make sure to keep checking in to stay updated :)
And just because I can't help myself… in just a few days:
HAHAHAHA it's funny every year you guys.
So that's what I have for you today! I hope you all enjoy your weekend. I'm going to try really hard to do a What I Eat In A Day post on Tuesday because I have some pretty great meals planned for Monday. Hopefully I can get everything photographed!

Looks like you took a trip to Yum City! I need to try that Panera dressing. I needed to switch up my dressings - I always forget the refrigerated section - and found the Panera Fuji Apple, which I forgot about. So good on a salad with apples, candied walnuts and roasted butternut squash. Jealous of the veggie roll - I pay twice as much for the same amount and not nearly as pretty. Yes, I prefer delicious kombucha without "chunks", too! ;)
Your salad looks so fresh and delicious!
I so agree about the styrofoam. It's crazy in 2017 anyone still even uses it!
Sushi rolls! I just got some more nori wraps at the Asian market so I see rolls in my future!
That's a great price for those date rolls. They are such a great snack, especially when you get a sweet craving!
I just laughed out loud, and disturbed Remy from his slumber. That JT meme is too good, and I had totally forgotten about it! Ha ha ha!
Some seriously delicious eats, and now I want those Date Coconut rolls!
The dressing is so good! If you like the apple I think you'd like this one too! That sounds so delicious, I'll have to remember to use butternut squash in my salads this fall! The veggie rolls were delicious. Chunky kombucha is so gross, haha!
Thank you! I know, but it's cheaper I'm sure which is why they will continue to use it. The sushi rolls were so fresh and delicious and I've been enjoying the date rolls at work as well!
Aww poor Remy haha! I love the JT meme every year and I had to share it.
Thanks!
Much as it pains me to admit it, JT does have some talent.
