Anyway, today I have a few hauls to show you! I ran to Trader Joe's and H-Mart yesterday and I also received an order from Vegan Essentials. I didn't get a lot but I still wanted to show you what I picked up.
First up is Trader Joe's! They finally started to sell Tahini so I got a jar of organic tahini for dressings and hummus, some Soy & Flaxseed Tortilla Chips, some apple juice (weird craving lately), spring mix, avocado, lemons and a lime, shredded carrots and some mushrooms.
I only got a few things from H-Mart but I definitely need to shop there more often. They have some great produce and really low prices. I got a bunch of baby bok choy for a whopping $.79, a head of Napa Cabbage for $1.49 and a bunch of scallions for $.99.
So the reason for the order to Vegan Essentials was for the white chocolate chips. The kosher market I would get them from before closed (wah!) so I placed the order. Now I couldn't spend a ton on shipping for just a bag of white chocolate chips, right? So I decided to pick up some more of the Thai Peanut Primal Strips, Peppermint Choco Chews (barely any peppermint flavor detected) and the elusive chocolate covered Cocomels that I could never find! I can't wait to try that!
So that is my haul for the week. I am looking forward to sharing how I use everything this weekend! I'm also going to start planning out some fun Bento Box meals to share with you hopefully next week in my first post in my Bento Box series!
I hope you all have a great week! <3

Finding vegan white chocolate is sooo hard, but it's so delicious!! I love the chocolate covered cocomels, they're one of my fave treats!! I can't wait to see your bento lunches!! Trader Joe's tahini is really good, really smooth and I love the price almost as much as I love exclamation points!!
Oooh, I love that kind of Cocomel - I can't wait to hear what you think!!! I want to know what you'll use the white chocolate chips for...hmmm. I'm guessing they'll be a coating for truffles or cake balls!
Yes to Bento Box ideas and the Fun Friday post - when it feels right!!
I know, it's so difficult and when the Kosher grocery store close I was like noooooo! I can't wait to try the cocomels, I've heard so many rave reviews on them! I'm so happy to hear that about the tahini, it's hard to find an affordable one that you really love. I find most of the ones I get are very bitter.
I can't wait to try the cocomel! I will definitely let you guys know what I think.
Haha the chips will be staying in chip form ;) Nothing really extravagant but a recipe that I'm really excited about trying.
Excellent hauls. I think some Stir-Fry is in the offing.
Thanks for letting me know I am not missing much on the Peppermint Choco Chews.
You will love the Chocolate Covered Cocomels.Vanilla wasnt an option when I was up there, that must be new.
I did enjoy some unpictured stir fries :) They are so easy and yummy.
The Peppermint Chews are good but just so lacking in the peppermint flavor. You are definitely not missing out on it though.
I still haven't tried the cocomels but I'm looking forward to them!
