So this is my little Trader Joe's haul. I got another bag of Crispy Curls, some Carrot Ginger Miso dressing, cucumbers, more tots, green onions, pears, broccoli florets and 2 bags of butter lettuce.
And some meals!
Some gluten free Trader Joe's frozen waffles.
More AMAZING vegan chick'n noodle soup. Omg so good you guys,
Another chick'n caesar salad and tots. Note to self: don't use this salad plate for the meal because it's ridiculously small. The other plate I used was much better. I need to get a white dinner plate for meals with salads.
Some chips and salsa for snack. OMG so good. Thank goodness for nightshades 😂
That's all I have for you today! I'll be back on Friday with some fun stuff (hopefully it's fun, ha!). Since I won't be back before I hope you all have a fun and safe Halloween!!

I didn't realize the Trader Joe's waffles were vegan! That could open whole new universes! The soup looks amazing, and I'm glad you can still have nightshades.
Though a lot of it is taken up with medical things, I'm taking a 5-and-a-half-day weekend this time! (I'm counting not working as a long weekend even if I do spend a lot of it in doctor's offices.)
Is the carrot ginger dressing goo? I always look and end up passing it by.
I agree, nightshades rule!
The butter lettuce blend is my fave!
Their gluten free waffles are definitely vegan, not sure about the rest of them! They are really good too! I'm glad I added them back in too, it was so silly to avoid them!
I'm sorry that it is for doctors and medical stuff but a 5 and a half day weekend will hopefully help you recharge and get some strength back and allow you to get some much needed rest!
I haven't tried it yet but I will definitely let you know! I really want to mimic those super simple salads that you get with sushi so hopefully it is good!
I loooooove the butter lettuce! I always go through it so quickly.
Yum, everything looks delicious! I could definitely go for some of that soup with how dreary the weather is today!
Thank you! I have been loving soup so much lately! It's definitely perfect soup weather.
